Retention
ID documents: for KYC then up to 5 years if a legal duty requires it, then archive or delete. Erasure request: 30 days, subject to retention duties.
Transfers
Document hosting in the EU. Processors outside Morocco only to perform the package. No sale of files.
Rights
Access, rectification, objection, restriction, portability within law 09-08. Dashboard or human support. Strictly necessary session cookie; no third-party ads.
