Real addresses
Provide operating and residential addresses with proof if requested. Mercury does not accept a registered-agent address, PO box or UPS Store as the principal business address.
Activity and source of funds
Describe products or services, expected transactions, source of funds and existing or planned US operations. Supply supporting evidence requested by the provider.

Review the company jurisdiction, founders’ residence, business activity and provider restrictions. A US LLC alone is insufficient.

Client: collect company, EIN, identity, address and activity evidence. Twily: organize the file and identify inconsistencies or missing items.

If approved, check account limits and permitted uses. Payment processing requires its own application and approval; it is not automatically activated.

Preparation depends on receiving complete documents. Provider review depends on the file and additional checks; Twily cannot promise an approval date or a 20-day average.
Separate payment eligibility
Check Stripe’s supported business countries and current rules. A Moroccan residence or US LLC does not by itself establish eligibility. An EIN or bank account does not guarantee payment activation.
